Jim McTaggart joined Williams Comfort Products in 2025 as President and General Manager, bringing more than 30 years of expertise in product manufacturing and sales. With a distinguished track record of leading business units over the past decade, Jim is committed to fostering team engagement, driving process improvement, expanding business growth, and consistently delivering on commitments to all stakeholders.

His extensive industry experience includes leadership roles at The Stanley Works, Krause’s Furniture, Enerpac, Maximatecc, and Cortland Industrial and Biomedical, underscoring his comprehensive knowledge of the sector and his ability to lead high-performing teams.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Material Management from Michigan State University and an MBA in Strategy from Claremont Graduate University.
