Michael Racioppi

Vice President of Finance

Michael Racioppi joined Williams Comfort Products in 2024 as Vice President of Finance, bringing more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting. He oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and plays a pivotal role in strategic planning to uphold the integrity of the company’s financial practices.

Before joining Williams, Michael served as Finance Director and Controller at PSG (Dover), where he managed both domestic and international financial planning, accounting, and trade compliance, and led initiatives that enhanced revenue growth and improved ERP systems. Earlier in his career, he held finance leadership roles at International Paper, managing multi-million-dollar credit lines and portfolios.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
