
Product Manager HVAC at Williams (Marketing)
The Product Manager – HVAC is responsible for overseeing the development, management, and success of HVAC products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, sales ,finance, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet customer needs and market demand
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead by example with a Safety-First mindset in every task
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements to existing products.
- Product Development: Work with engineering and R&D teams to design and develop HVAC products that align with company goals and customer requirements.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage products from conception through end-of-life, ensuring timely updates and phase-outs as necessary.
- Product Line Profitability- develops cost targets for products and associated pricing for all products which results in a competitive offering that delivers profitable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance and manufacturing departments to align product strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Customer Engagement: Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, end users and field teams to inform product enhancements and address market needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Compensation And Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $102,000 annually with the eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc.
